We're an Ofsted-registered online education provider working with schools, local authorities and families across the UK — specialising in the learners mainstream provision struggles to reach.
Our story
Why we exist
A significant number of children are not in a classroom today. Some are excluded. Some are too anxious to walk through the gates. Some have needs that a class of thirty cannot accommodate, however good the teacher.
Those learners still have a statutory right to an education, and the people responsible for arranging it — SENDCos, placement officers, parents — are usually doing so under real pressure, with limited options.
We built Explore Education Hub to be one of the good options: properly safeguarded, genuinely specialist, and honest about what we can and can't achieve.

How we work
Four things we hold to
The learner comes first
Every decision starts with whether it helps this particular child, not whether it scales neatly.
Safeguarding is not a policy document
Enhanced DBS on every tutor, recorded sessions, audit logs, and a named DSL who answers the phone.
We report honestly
If a placement isn't working we say so early. Commissioners get real numbers, not flattering ones.
Small by design
Cohorts capped at six. We would rather turn work away than dilute what we deliver.
Our tutors
Specialists, not a marketplace
Every tutor is directly engaged, enhanced-DBS checked and inducted by us. We are not a platform that connects families to freelancers and takes a cut.
That means we can guarantee consistency — the same tutor every week, which for many of our learners is the single thing that makes the provision work at all.
